History of Establishment

The firm has founded in the early of 2010 by Mr. Mohamad Ali Imran Ganie, S.H. and Mr. Maysur Abdussalam, S.H., and almost over a decade, more than 50 legal practitioners has start their career in this firm for their very first time as a Para Legal or even an internship student of law faculty until got their bar exam pursuant to Law No. 18 of 2003 and finally becoming an Indonesian Attorney.

As a Managing Partner of the firm, Mr. Mohamad Ali Imran Ganie S.H. has an interest in general corporate matter, corporate reorganization, cyber law, competition law, alternative dispute resolution as well as participated in a number of seminars on capital market, investment, legal drafting intellectual property rights, criminal law, and the Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI) seminars.  He has been involed and engaged rapidly in various structuring of the companies, restructuring, as we as dispute settlement of domestic and international entities in South East Asia.
